Delivery Times and Couriers
We guarantee fast and reliable shipping both in Italy and internationally. To ensure a high-quality service, we collaborate exclusively with selected couriers, chosen for their punctuality and care in handling goods. Delivery times are always clearly indicated during the purchase phase, allowing you to know exactly when you will receive your products.
Accurate Tracking from Workshop to Delivery
Every order is monitored with the utmost attention. As soon as the package leaves our artisan workshop, you will receive an accurate tracking system. This will allow you to monitor every stage of transport in real-time, ensuring maximum transparency until the moment of actual delivery.
Protective and Sustainable Packaging
Product safety is fundamental, but so is respect for the environment. For this reason, every shipment is prepared using protective packaging designed to prevent any damage during transport. We use recycled and sustainable materials, reducing environmental impact without compromising the integrity of the order.
Shipping for Custom Orders
In the case of custom orders — such as color variations, materials, or specific bespoke details — shipping times may vary compared to standard orders. Since each piece is specially crafted for you in our workshop, shipping will occur as soon as the item is completed and has passed our quality controls. You will be constantly informed about the progress of production and the subsequent dispatch by the courier.
Logistics Support
In case of doubts, delays due to couriers, or the need for assistance during transit, our customer support is available to liaise directly with logistics managers and resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery destination. Orders are shipped via BRT courier for shipments within Italy and FedEx courier for international shipments.
We deliver not only to your billing address; you might also want to send your bags to another address, for example, your workplace. Simply indicate the address in the "Shipping Address" field.

For products marked "In production" in the technical data sheet, shipments occur within 3 weeks.

Shipping and Delivery Schedule
Purchases are shipped within 2-3 business days; if, for any reason, an order cannot be fulfilled, you will be contacted as soon as possible using the contact details provided at the time of the order.
During sales or promotional periods, shipments may take slightly longer than expected.
After completing your order, it will remain in processing: when your package is ready, it will be shipped, and you will receive a confirmation email.
Where is my order?
To check the status of your shipment and the delivery date, enter the tracking code received via email by connecting to the website https://www.brt.it/it/tracking for shipments within Italy and https://www.fedex.com/fedextrack/ for international shipments.
Arrival and Verification of Your Order
All Figus Designer shipments are securely packaged, but if anything is damaged, missing, or the item sent is not what you ordered, please contact us by email at: info@figusdesigner.com within 7 days of receiving the goods.
Keep the package in a safe place and document everything with photos.
Returns
Returns are at the customer's expense and managed by Figus Designer. They must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.
To return the product, please contact us by email info@figusdesigner.com: you will be sent a shipping label which you must print and affix to the outside of the packaged parcel according to the indicated methods (ATTENTION: if the packaging does not match what is indicated, the difference in shipping costs will be deducted from the actual refund amount).
As soon as we receive the returned package, you will receive an email from us to proceed with the refund for the purchased items only (shipping costs not included).
